 #Stopasianhate

In the last year, the United States has seen an increase in racist and xenophobic actions and attacks against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.

Active Minds at San Joaquin Delta College stands in solidarity with our AAPI community. We must support each other and protect one another to stop the hate.

On Wednesday April 7, 2021 at 1:30 PM we hosted a live Town Hall via Zoom. On this page you will find the recording, the podcast version, the PDF of the program and links to other resources.

This is collaborative work and can only be accomplished when we join together.

Thank you for being here.

We want to offer a special thank you to our participants for sharing their lived experiences with us. Thank you to Raksmey Arun Roeum, Nelson Nagai, Janice Takahashi, Clarence Louie, Debra Louie, Celine M. Pham, and Pamela Pan.

Thank you to all who participated: Nicole S., Katrina S., Pamela P., Chelsy P., Annaliza L., Shayla W., Ben B., Clarence L., Steve S., Cirian V., Janice T., Dustin T., Debra L., Adriana B., Leo M., and Sam B.

Special thanks to Digital Media lab tech Leo Marquez for the edit.
